Improved Eviscerate will increase the damage output of Eviscerate by a small amount. In PvE, this is almost always a wasted talent, because you won't be using Eviscerate that often, instead opting for Slice and Dice. In PvP however, this is a much more useful talent, because of the relatively high damage Eviscerate does when it critically strikes! Remorseless Attacks is really only useful in World PvP situations, when a Rogue is fighting multiple targets.

The Rogue can Blind one target, kill the other, and activate Remorseless Attacks effect, triggering a nearly guaranteed critical strike on the next Ambush or Backstab! Malice is an extremely powerful talent in both PvE and PvP scenarios. Ruthlessness is incredible in both PvE and PvP. This effect can trigger regardless of the number of Combo Points on your target. I would recommend this for most builds, that is unless you are struggling against a specific Boss in PvE content that this talent doesn't apply to.

Improved Slice and Dice is the premier PvE talent. In PvP, you won't be using Slice and Dice often enough to warrant these points, but again, some unique Builds might try to prioritize it.

At a full five Combo Points, this is a guaranteed 25 Energy, for free. Effectively making Slice and Dice cost nothing. In fact, all of a Rogue's Finishers cost 25 Energy, other than Eviscerate , which costs I can't stress this enough how important Relentless Strikes is.

This prevents a Warrior tank from using Sunder Armor , so your tanks will need to know if you are planning to use Expose Armor and plan accordingly.
